General Conditions of Sale
1. Purpose
These General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as “CGV”) govern the sales of products or services made on the iRepare.com site (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”), and are concluded between:

2. Acceptance of conditions
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all sales of products or services made on the Site. The Seller reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable T&Cs are those in force on the date of the order.
The Buyer declares having read and accepted these T&Cs before placing their order. Validation of the order therefore constitutes acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions.
3. Products
The products and services offered for sale are those which appear on the Site. Each product is accompanied by a detailed description. The photographs of the products are as faithful as possible but cannot ensure perfect similarity with the product offered, particularly with regard to the colors.
The Seller reserves the right to modify at any time the assortment of products and services offered for sale on the Site.
4. Price
The prices of products and services are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs. The amount of delivery costs is specified before validation of the order.
The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price appearing on the Site on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the Buyer.
5. Order
The Buyer can place an order on the Site after creating a customer account. The order will only be validated after acceptance of payment.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons, in particular in the event of a supply problem, or in the event of a dispute with the Buyer concerning the payment of a previous order.
6. Payment
Payment is made online by credit card, PayPal or any other means offered on the Site at the time of the order. The transaction is immediately debited from the Buyer’s bank card after verification of the card’s data.
The Seller reserves the right to suspend any order management and any delivery in the event of refusal of payment authorization from officially accredited organizations.
7. Delivery
The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Buyer when ordering. Delivery times are given as an indication. Any reasonable delay in the delivery of the products will not give rise to the benefit of the Buyer for the allocation of damages or the cancellation of the order.
In the event of missing or damaged products during transport, the Buyer must make all necessary reservations on the delivery note upon receipt of said products. These reservations must also be confirmed in writing within five days following delivery, by registered mail addressed to the Seller.
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the Buyer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to give reasons or pay a penalty. Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.).
In this context, the Buyer is responsible. Any damage suffered by the product on this occasion may be such as to frustrate the right of withdrawal.
Return costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Seller will reimburse the sums paid, within 14 days following notification of the Buyer’s request.
9. Warranty
All products supplied by the Seller benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code and the guarantee against hidden defects provided for in articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.
In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned to the Seller who will take it back, exchange it or reimburse it. All complaints must be made by post to the following address: [email protected] or by email to [email protected].
10. Personal data
The Seller, in the online sales process, is only bound by an obligation of means. It cannot be held liable for damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, viruses, interruption of service, or other involuntary problems.
11. Liability
All elements of the Site are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of the Seller. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use for any reason whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site, whether software, visual or sound.
12. Intellectual property
The Seller reserves the right to collect nominative information and personal data concerning the Buyer. They are necessary for the management of the order, as well as the improvement of the services and information that we send to them.
In accordance with the law of January 6, 1978, the Buyer has a right of access, rectification and opposition to nominative information and personal data concerning him.
13. Archiving – Proof
The Seller will archive purchase orders and invoices on a reliable and durable medium constituting a faithful copy. The computerized records will be considered by the parties as proof of communications, orders, payments and transactions between the parties.
14. Dispute resolution
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing this, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
